Research background: In terms of the development information and communication technologies, smart mobile phones are booming. Consumers choose most suitable smartphone concerning their needs preferences. not limited by domestic supply but can from smartphones all over world. The article aims to provide effective multi-criteria decision-making evaluate different according consumer preferences global supply.
